Reservations:

All reservations are made at the Satori reception desk at 416-972-9355. We advise you to book as far in advance as possible to receive your preferred choices of times and treatments. As an added convenience we have both male and female service providers. Unless you state a personal preference, we will schedule your appointment depending on availability.  Please notify reception upon booking of any gift cards, vouchers or promotional materials to be used for payment.
 

Online booking is available for your convenience.  Please note that we do NOT accept bookings, changes or cancellations via email.  Please call 416-972-9355.  Note:  We do have a 24hr cancellation policy detailed below.

Lateness Policy:

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to provide you with as thorough an experience as possible during the time remaining for your booking.   However, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

Cancellation Policy:

A credit card number is required to guarantee your booking. 24hr notice for cancellation of services is required or a 100% treatment charge is automatically applied to the credit card used to secure the booking. No-Shows will also be automatically billed at 100%.  Please call reception at 416-972-9355 to cancel your appointment, as we do NOT accept cancellations by email. 


Wellness Admission:

Satori welcomes persons 16 years and older. Any guests under 16 years of age require adult consent to receive treatments. As a guest at Satori you are encouraged to enjoy the calming atmosphere and refreshments in our serenity room.


Upon Arrival:

Upon arrival, you will be provided with slippers and escorted to either our change area or serenity lounge. Please notify reception of any gift cards, vouchers or promotions to be used for payment.  Depending on your chosen Satori experience, you may also be supplied with a luxurious robe and towels for use during your stay.

We ask that you please place cell phones and pagers in silent mode.
Lockers and keys will be available should you choose to secure your belongings.
You are required to complete a case history profile/release form. This will allow our service providers to be aware of any medical needs or conditions so that the appropriate considerations can be made during treatments.


Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are available for any of our wonderful treatments, or for any dollar amount you choose.  Please present your gift card upon arrival for validation at reception.

WaySpa, Spaandtravel, Vouchers & Promotions:

Please present these items upon arrival for your appointment for proper and timely validation.

Important Notes:

We ask you to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your first treatment as a health profile may be required for your visit.

All of our team members are trained and qualified professionals. Please let us know if we can make you more comfortable in any way e.g.: massage pressure, room temperature, music volume etc.

You will be fully draped during all treatments except for the areas that are being treated.

For your added comfort, we recommend that you allow an hour between your last meal and your treatment. Additionally, try to avoid the consumption of coffee and alcoholic beverages prior to any wellness service.

Satori is a smoke free environment.

Satori is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are provided should you wish to secure your belongings.
